The Company operates www.obsidianjet.com (the "Website") and is committed to discretion, confidentiality, and data minimization, recognizing that clients often include executives, high-net-worth individuals, public figures, and their representatives.

We use your information to arrange charters, coordinate with Operators, provide concierge services, process payments, comply with legal requirements, and improve service quality. We do not use your data for resale or intrusive profiling.
The Company uses automated systems and artificial intelligence to generate charter quotes and pricing recommendations based on your inquiry inputs. These systems analyze route data, aircraft availability, operational costs, and demand signals. Automated outputs do not constitute binding offers and are subject to human review and Operator confirmation. We share information only when necessary with aviation Operators, regulatory authorities, concierge providers, and secure technology and payment vendors. All third parties with whom we share personal information are required to maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect such information and are prohibited from using it for any purpose other than providing services to the Company on our behalf. The Company does not sell personal information to third parties.
Sensitive data such as passport details and flight itineraries is access-restricted, encrypted in transit and at rest where technically feasible, and not retained longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
Data may be processed across jurisdictions due to the global nature of aviation operations.
